Plan the assortment

List the customers and applications behind the range. Separate unprinted formats from private-label or custom projects. For foodservice products, include matched lids and accessories; for protective packs, identify the product or customer design being served. Browse the product categories to organize the inquiry.

Specifications and case packing

Create one line per item with size, capacity, material and units per inner pack and carton. Add carton dimensions and gross weight for freight planning. Carton marks, barcodes and inner-pack labels should fit your receiving and resale process.

Private label and customization

State where the brand appears: on the product, wrapper, sleeve, retail pack or shipping carton. Supply artwork, required languages and barcode files. Quantities by printed design matter as well as the total order quantity when reviewing a private-label program.

Product documentation

Match the document request to the countries and applications you sell into. Keep food-contact, compostability and fiber-sourcing records with the relevant item specification. Check the holder, product scope and current validity before using a claim in customer-facing material.

Samples and repeat orders

Keep the approved sample, drawing and artwork revision for each ordered item. Repeat orders should identify those records and any requested changes. Plan replenishment against production and transit stages, with sufficient time for print approval or material changes.
