Molded pulp packaging can be shaped around a product or component. Define the packed item and handling requirements before selecting an insert structure.

Design around product fit

Provide dimensions, weight, contact points, fragility and required orientation. Include the outer carton and assembly sequence so the insert can be reviewed as part of the complete pack.

Agree sample checks

Review fit, wall structure, stacking and removal from the pack. If transport testing is required, agree the method and acceptance criteria for the complete packaging system.
