ARBONYXPACK · Wrapped sets and straw packing
In a wholesale order, the packing unit matters as much as the utensil or straw. A carton of individual items, a wrapped set and a retail pack serve different receiving and distribution processes.
Define what one unit contains
Write the set contents explicitly: utensil references, napkin, stirrer or other accessory. For straws, identify length, diameter and wrapping. State whether the order quantity counts individual pieces, complete sets or retail packs so quotes use the same basis.
Plan the wrapper and label
Specify bulk or individual wrapping, wrapper material and any print. Supply artwork and required text, including language and barcode files where relevant. Mark whether branding is needed on the wrapper, inner pack, retail pack or shipping carton.
Check case packing
Record pieces or sets per inner pack, inner packs per carton and the outside carton dimensions and gross weight. Compare the carton format with your warehouse and customer order sizes. Smaller inner packs may help handling but should be agreed as part of the order.
Approve a packed sample
Open and inspect the supplied unit, wrapper seal and contents. Check that the selected utensil or straw works with the intended food or drink. Keep the packed sample and artwork revision so repeat orders can match both the product and its presentation.
