Hot and Cold Beverage Cups: Build Two Different Sample Briefs

ARBONYXPACK · Hot and cold drink programs

Hot coffee and a chilled takeaway drink create different conditions for the cup, lid and accessories. Build two sample briefs when the service needs differ, even if the cups share a nominal capacity.

Describe the hot-drink duty

Record beverage temperature at filling, serving volume and expected holding time. Include the wall construction, sleeve and lid needs. Evaluate carrying comfort and closure using the actual combination and normal handling method. Temperature suitability should match the finished construction.

Describe the cold-drink duty

List the drink, ice or toppings, fill level and intended temperature. Specify a flat or domed lid, opening and straw requirement. Assess condensation and carrying arrangements as part of the packed order. State the required material, including PLA where that is part of the program.

Plan the counter and delivery pack

Cup carriers need to fit the base and support full drinks. Sleeves, lids and straws need enough stock relative to cup consumption. Trial the complete order through the normal handover or delivery process before selecting the assortment.

Consolidate the purchasing list

Give separate cup and lid references, quantities, print designs and case packing for hot and cold service. Keep each approved pairing and its use conditions with the order record to avoid unreviewed substitutions.
