For a quotation, identify the product, dimensions, material, quantity and delivery country. When a project requires food-contact testing or compostability certification, specify the destination market and request documents for the exact product and material construction.
A comprehensive packaging range
Our six product lines cover paper packaging, bagasse tableware, molded pulp packaging, PLA packaging, corrugated packaging, and wooden cutlery and accessories. Food and drink formats sit alongside retail bags, printed cartons, mailers and fitted protective inserts. Buyers can assemble a product list across categories in one inquiry.
A practical purchasing process
Packaging has to work with the product and the operation around it. A takeaway container must suit the meal and closure; a retail carton must fit the item and artwork; an industrial insert must support the product inside the outer case. We use those details to define the quotation and sample brief.
For brands and distribution buyers
For a new project, send the product list, drawings or dimensions, quantities and destination. Add printing, labeling and packing requirements for a private-label program. For a repeat order, identify the approved specification and artwork revision. Product documents, inspection requirements and the delivery schedule are agreed with the selected items.
OEM & Custom Packaging
Custom packaging starts with the item inside. ARBONYXPACK handles briefs for printed paper packaging, foodservice formats, molded pulp protection and corrugated shipping packs. Share a product drawing or sample so structure, materials and artwork can be considered together.
Explore Packaging Formats

Paper Bags
A carry bag needs enough room for the contents and handles suited to the packed load. Specify width, gusset, height, paper weight and print coverage.

Paper Boxes & Cartons
The carton must fit the product, close cleanly and run through your packing process. Dielines, board selection and print finishing are reviewed as one design.

Molded Pulp Inserts
A fitted insert supports the product at selected points. Drawings, weight, vulnerable surfaces and carton clearances guide the cavity design.
For parcel deliveries, include the outer shipping box and inner protection in the same brief. Gift packaging and transit packaging often have different jobs.
1. Define the brief
Tell us what is being packed, its dimensions and weight, and how the finished order will travel. Add the quantity per design, delivery country and required arrival date. Existing samples, drawings and damage photographs help explain the problem you want to solve.
2. Choose format and material
Choose the pack construction before final artwork. Paper weight, fiber thickness, folds, seams, handles and closures all affect the finished shape. For direct food contact, include the food type, temperature and contact duration when specifying a barrier or lining.
3. Review artwork and samples
Use the final dieline for artwork, including bleed, folds, glue areas and required text. Approve colour and finish on the intended material. A structural sample checks fit and assembly; a printed sample checks appearance. Changes after tooling or artwork approval can alter the schedule.
4. Confirm the order specification
The quotation should identify the approved drawing, material, print version, pack quantities and delivery terms. Tooling, samples, order minimums and production timing are item-specific. Keep the signed-off sample or drawing revision as the reference for repeat orders.
