Answers to the questions buyers usually need to settle before choosing a packaging format, approving a sample or placing a wholesale order.
Products & Ordering
Which products can I include in an inquiry?
Our catalogue covers food containers and trays, plates and bowls, cups and lids, cutlery and straws, paper bags, folding cartons, molded pulp packaging and corrugated packaging. Send the item names or links so we can review the right formats together.
What information do you need for a quotation?
Include dimensions or usable capacity, material requirements, quantity by item and delivery country. Add printing, matched lids, packing requirements and your purchasing schedule. A drawing or reference sample is useful for a custom structure.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the product, specification, printing and tooling. Send the quantities you are planning; the quotation will state the minimum and packing for each selected item.
Can I request samples before ordering?
Yes. Specify the product and the question you want to check. Standard and custom samples follow different preparation steps. Sample costs, courier arrangements and the approved revision are agreed before dispatch.
Do you offer custom printing and tooling?
We review custom work around the pack structure, material, artwork and quantity. Printed bags and cartons need approved artwork or a dieline. A shaped protective insert needs product dimensions, support points and a sample or drawing.
How are production timing and delivery confirmed?
The quotation and order confirmation set out the schedule for the agreed specification. New tooling, artwork approval, sample revisions, quantity and shipping arrangements can affect the timing. Share the required arrival date early.
Materials & Product Documents
Is every product and accessory compostable?
Compostability depends on the finished item, its components and the assessed conditions. Do not assume a lid, lining or adhesive has the same disposal route as the base. Request documents for the exact item and check local collection options.
Can I use a food container in a microwave or oven?
Use only the conditions established for the selected product. Material names and compostability labels do not establish heat limits. Describe the food, temperature and exposure time, then confirm the intended use with the item-specific information.
Which documents should I request for my market?
Provide the destination country and intended use. Review applicable food-contact information and any compostability or sourcing documents against the exact model and construction. Check document holder, scope, validity and component coverage.
Packing & Sample Approval
How do I compare packing and shipping costs?
Compare units per carton, carton dimensions, gross weight, shipping term and destination on the same basis. A unit price alone does not show landed cost or the storage space needed for an order.
What should I check when approving a sample?
Use your actual contents and packing process. Check fit, closure, handling, print alignment and the complete pack. Record the agreed dimensions, artwork and sample revision as the order reference.
