Product and inner protection

Measure the product together with inserts, dividers or cushioning. Give the packed weight, orientation and areas that must remain clear of the carton wall. The box and inner protection should be evaluated as one assembly.

Carton construction

Specify internal dimensions, box style, board and flute requirements where known, closure and print. Include stacking, handling and humidity conditions relevant to the shipment, with any required strength or transport criteria.

Dispatch program

Provide quantities by size, flat-pack or assembly needs, carton marks and pallet requirements. A packing trial can check fit, assembly and closure before the production specification is approved.

Request a quotation or samples. For custom structures and print, see OEM and custom order support.

Questions for shipping-box orders

Are internal and external dimensions interchangeable?

No. Internal dimensions describe the usable packing space; external dimensions include the board and construction. State which measurement is being used when comparing drawings and freight calculations.

Does double-wall board always provide enough protection?

The wall description alone does not establish performance. Product weight, carton geometry, board properties, humidity and stacking all matter. Agree the necessary checks for the complete packed product.

What should be included for a repeat order?

Keep the approved drawing, board specification, artwork and packing instructions under a revision number. Identify changes in product weight, inner protection or shipping method before reordering.
