Foodservice Packaging

Foodservice packaging needs to fit the menu and the way it is served. Takeaway meals, a coffee counter and a prepared-food line put different demands on containers, lids and tableware. Build the assortment around those conditions.

Cups & Lids

Select hot or cold cups with the matching lid and carrying method.

Restaurants & Takeaway

A rice meal, a burger and a sauced dish need different space and closure arrangements. Check filled containers for stacking and movement inside the delivery bag. Include the longest expected time from packing to consumption when evaluating containers and trays. Match the complete order to the carry bag, including drinks and accessories.

Coffee & Bakery

For drinks, record the required fill level and cup-lid pair; nominal capacity alone will not establish lid fit. Cup carriers should be checked under the weight of full cups. Bakery packs need room for the pastry or cake without letting it move excessively. Browse cups and lids and paper boxes.

Food Manufacturing

A pack used on a production line must suit filling, sealing and handling equipment. Send the relevant line dimensions or an existing sample, with the seal method, storage conditions and distribution route. Keep machine compatibility separate from the food-contact requirements.

Material and documentation review

Bagasse, lined paperboard and PLA serve different applications. Specify the complete construction, coating and use conditions with the selected format. Product documents should cover the food type, temperature and contact duration needed by your purchasing team.

Sampling and customization

Trial the actual meal and matched lid using your normal packing method. Record closure, loaded stacking and the condition of the pack after the intended holding period. For branded service, add artwork and print locations to the custom packaging brief.
