Provide product dimensions and weight, including any primary pack or insert. Specify internal carton dimensions and the opening direction. Check the base and closure with the actual product.

Check fit before approving the print run
Test a structural sample with the product and insert. Check the base, closure, opening sequence and assembly time. Approve artwork on the final dieline, including folds and glue areas. Inspect printed samples for colour, finish and barcode readability.
Questions before ordering
Are folding cartons the same as shipping boxes?
A retail carton does not by itself establish transport protection. Assess the outer carton and protective insert as a complete shipping pack.
Can a folding carton directly touch food?
Confirm the specific board, inks, coatings and use conditions. Request documentation for that construction and destination before approving direct contact.
When are order and delivery details confirmed?
