ARBONYXPACK · Filled bag handling
An empty paper bag can look suitable while failing during use. A filled-pack trial checks the bag, handle and bottom with the actual purchase and carrying method.
Record the load
List the contents and total weight. Include rigid corners, bottle shapes and other features that concentrate force. Use the order combinations the bag will normally carry, then note any exceptional heavier order that needs a different format.
Observe the carrying sequence
Fill the bag, lift it by the intended handles and reproduce the usual handover and carrying. Check handle attachment, bottom seams and the way contents move. If moisture is part of the route, include those conditions in the agreed evaluation.
Describe the failure location
Keep photographs and notes showing any tear, separation, bending or product movement. Specify the load and stage of handling when it occurred. This helps distinguish a size problem from a handle, paper or reinforcement requirement.
Approve the supplied construction
Record dimensions, paper grade or weight, handle, bottom and reinforcement together. Include the artwork and packing method. A change to one of those features should be reviewed against the same filled-load conditions before it replaces the accepted bag.
